Services

HomeHaven Atascocita Turf Solutions provides artificial grass installation and related services for residential and commercial properties in Atascocita, TX and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Service quotes are estimates and may change based on site conditions discovered during the project.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are subject to change without notice. Quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement.

We accept various forms of payment including cash, check, and major credit cards. A deposit may be required before work begins. Final payment is due upon project completion unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. Installation warranties are provided in writing at the time of service. Turf product warranties are subject to manufacturer terms and conditions.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper use, neglect, accidents, or acts of nature. Regular maintenance as recommended is required to maintain warranty coverage.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We make every effort to complete projects on schedule. However, delays may occur due to weather, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you promptly of any changes to your scheduled service.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations with less notice may forfeit deposit amounts.

Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe and clear access to the work area. Please remove any obstacles, vehicles, or valuables from the installation site. Keep children and pets away from the work area during installation.

You are responsible for marking any underground utilities, irrigation lines, or other hidden obstacles before work begins. We are not liable for damage to unmarked underground features.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some states do not allow limitations on liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern about our services, please contact us directly so we can work together to resolve it. Most issues can be resolved through open communication. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
